The Completed application form is to be completed no later than September 25^th 2012

The  closing date has been extended , the completed application form is to be completed no later than October 25^th 2012

• The One Voice Planning committee will notify all applicants of their application status no later than October 20^th 2012.
• All applicants must have complete applications to be considered as participants for One Voice: 2012.
• Please note that anyone who has not completed an application or has missed the application deadline will not be considered as a participant.
• Late applications will not be accepted
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted
• We ask that you respect that this is a closed conference, no one will be given entrance without having been pre-approved through the application and registration process.

Please ensure that all required fields are completed and that all of the information you have provided and attachments you have uploaded are correct. As the conference is closed and participants are limited we ask that you take your time with your application – it is imperative that it is filled properly and that your achievements, as a community leader, are emphasized. Incomplete applications or application with very little information will not be considered.
